There are 3 double bedrooms all with airco . 1 family bathroom 1 en suite bathroom 2 sofabeds in livingroom Open plan living/dining room., Well maintaind kitchen A log burning stove in livingroom. Outside jou have lots of open and covered terasses all around the private swimmingpool.8m x 4 m. On the terrases there are garden furnitures and sunbeds. a Gas BBQ is available for clients. The towels are provided bath and bedlinnen is in the price included. Totally private plot . Fully fenced and gated. The villa is situated in a lovely quiet area. The villa lays just before the mountains and the natural park. Lots of bicycle routes nearby. Valencia is only 25 Min. Away. Lots of things to do in the surroundings all within 20 Min. Away. A visit to Valencia is recomended. And if jou want just relax,have a break by the swimmingpool. pets not allowd. energiecost is optional and taken from the deposit before returning . changeover days during high season : arriving on Saturday and leaving on Friday morning
