It has a TV and fan (free wifi at the bar at 150m). The final cleaning costs are not calculated if you do it by yourself.

The apartment is located in the city center, quiet road to 3/5 minutes walk from the railway station and the central bus stop. Possibility of free parking on the adjacent streets. You can reach the sea walking along the beautiful 2km tree-lined avenue that connects with Marina di Cecina (famous for its pine forest that extends over 8 km and for its water park called AcquaVillage). Cecina is a small town of 25 thousand inhabitants, on the Tuscan coast just 45 km from Pisa airport (connected with trains) or accessible by car via the Tyrrhenian motorway. Cecina is the ideal solution to reach all tourist destinations of the Etruscan Coast. Within 50 km are in fact Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Piombino (ferry to the Elba island). You can find very pleasant villages on the hills around Cecina , like Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci.
